"During the inspection, it was found that in Yakutsk, near house No. 36 on Merzlotnaya St., a 38-year-old driver, driving a PAZ 320302-08 bus, moving along Merzlotnaya St., while turning right into the territory of the P.I. Melnikova allowed a passenger to fall from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. As a result of a traffic accident, a 60-year-old passenger received injuries and abrasions, outpatient treatment was prescribed."
