“People are getting bigger and bigger. There are children and people with disabilities. There are not enough boats” - at least 44 people are still on land in the flooded village of Kardashinka in the occupied Kherson region. Local residents are trying to save people, but there are not enough boats and forces. There is still no EMERCOM of Russia.
