Two hungry predatory cats held dozens of wild monkeys hostage for several hours, hiding from lionesses in branched trees.
A wildlife lover vacationing in the Kruger Conservation Area captured a spectacular picture of lionesses hunting primates from the inside of his car.
The author of the video wrote in the comments to the story that the two-hour confrontation between the animals ended in victory for the baboons, who waited until the predators got tired of the agonizing wait and left in search of easier prey.
