The truck smashed cars in the tunnel
On May 14 in Aqaba, Jordan, a wedding procession imprudently blocked traffic inside a tunnel, resulting in a tragic accident. A truck with a trailer crashed into parked cars. As a result of the accident, one person died and 13 were injured.
"The Al-Naimat clan thanked the family of the deceased young man Ahmed Al-Gharabli with a statement that the Al-Gharabli family renounced their clan and criminal rights without compensation for the death of their son in an accident that Al-Naimat's Sons called him "unintentional" .
The statement said that the Al-Naimat clan went with a delegation of prominent figures to the Al-Gharabli family to ask for forgiveness, so the latter took the initiative to receive them, and the family agreed to renounce all rights free of charge," local media reported on this matter.
