The fireworks festival is held annually in the Italian town of San Severo. Crowds of people gather and enjoy the beauty: spectacular explosions of firecrackers and other pyrotechnics.

But this time, something clearly went wrong. Instead of taking to the skies, fireworks covered the crowd of spectators.

There are no reports of casualties yet, it is possible that everyone survived. The reasons for this "bombing" are now being investigated.
