A deer outwitted a treacherous tiger and swam away from him in India

A wildlife lover living in the world's largest mangrove forest, the Sundarbans (Ganges Delta, India and Bangladesh), was lucky to capture a starving tiger hunting an artiodactyl cub.
The striped predator, lurking near the reservoir, took the deer by surprise and, having chosen the most defenseless individual, continued the pursuit in the reservoir.
But the tiger experienced, to put it mildly, disappointment when he could not catch a nimble deer and got ashore without prey.
“Tigers in the mangroves of the Sunderbans are used to catching prey even in the water. But here is the one who dodged the big cat, ”the description of the video posted on the wild animal lover's Twitter channel reads.
