Guidac - an appetizing delicacy in Asia

Don't want Guidac? This is such a hefty mollusk, which is eaten by residents of the Far East. Sometimes it is cooked, and sometimes it is simply sharpened raw with various sauces and herbs. And this spectacle ... looks very disgusting. But traditions are traditions. This type of mollusk has been eaten since time immemorial. But we probably won't take that risk.
