Catherine Pugh grew up in North Wales, UK. She was active girl, loved traveling. Adventure took her to France.








When she was 19 years old (2013), the girl went to travel by bus with friends in the french alps. Vacation promised be cool, but everything changed in a second. The bus was in an accident and after lit up.



Katherine got stuck in a burning bus, she got 96% burns of the whole body. The chance of survival was slim. Only the feet remained intact fire.

Despite the fact that doctors did not give positive forecasts, The girl was not going to give up. She has undergone over 200 surgeries to breathe normally, see, hear, return to normal life in general.



And she not only managed to survive, withstood the pain and suffering, which accompanied every step on the road to recovery, but also became help others.

Countless hours of painful rehabilitation did not break Katherine: now by her example she shows people that you can survive even after such an injury and continue to love life.



Katherine became a physiotherapist and coach. She shares her history around the world to inspire others. She helps charitable organizations to raise awareness of physical and emotional problems faced by those who received burns.



Also, the girl is invited to appear in commercials, and recently she became the face of the cosmetic brand Avon and even worked as a model at London Fashion Week.
