Sloppy or attention to detail from developers

The "accuracy" of Star Wars stormtroopers has long been legendary. They can't hit the target even at close range. The streamer noticed that in the new Star Wars Jedi: Survivor franchise game, stormtroopers are also not very accurate. Although the video game gives players a good challenge, the developers apparently endowed the clone troopers with their signature feature. Or is it just bullshit?
