A garbage truck without a driver crashed into a parked car with people

In Tomsk, a 31-year-old garbage truck driver forgot to put the handbrake on the car, as a result of which it rolled down a hill and crashed into a standing Lada. A woman with a child was in the car at the time. The child needed medical attention.
