Fighting cock fights are still popular today - although the spectacle is not an easy one. In "civilized" countries, they are officially banned, so they go underground, like dog fights. And in many other states they are watched without problems, like boxing competitions. At the same time, they make bets and raise / lose good money.

To add entertainment and cruelty, blades are tied to the paws of roosters. And most fights end with the death of one of the birds. According to our tourists, when they accidentally got to such a performance somewhere in Asia, they were simply shocked by blood, flying feathers and a raging crowd of spectators. And they didn't go there again.

Such fights are also held in Mexico. And one of the fights went somehow wrong: instead of attacking the opponent, the rooster rushed at the owner and shredded his leg - by the way, he got off lightly, although he managed to flood the arena with blood.

At the same time, at least for a while, he was in the shoes of a “fighter”.
