What is wrong with these people?

Residents of one of the apartment buildings on Bering Street in St. Petersburg are tired of complaining to the police about two elderly girlfriends who went crazy together and for a long time have been trying to pollute the elevator and destroy the camera in it.

The actions of the two neighbors absolutely defy logic. One of them tried and is trying to break, pick out with a screwdriver or seal the camera, and the second for some reason brings the urine of her non-neutered cat into the elevator and sprinkles it on the walls.

More than one statement has already been written about elderly saboteurs, but the police only shrug their shoulders. Although, if in a good way, it should have been brought for petty hooliganism for a long time. I wonder what is going on in the minds of such people, why and why do they do such things?
