The National Navy of Colombia fished out in the Pacific ocean, a 14-meter submarine carrying 2.6 tons of cocaine and four crew members. Two of them at the time of discovery were dead, two others were in critical condition. They were given first aid and handed over to the doctors.
According to preliminary data, the cause of death of two submariners-drug couriers became toxic gases from the fuel (carbon monoxide).

Colombian authorities said this is not the first such find - there were two more similar submarines. They assume that sending drugs in this way is handled by the insurgent extremist the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.
