“According to preliminary data, an 18-year-old driver of a Ranger motorcycle without a license at an unregulated intersection did not give way to a Nissan Almera and crashed into it. As a result of the accident, a motorcyclist died, the 36-year-old driver of the passenger car was not injured, ”Pavel Okruzhko, deputy head of the propaganda department of the UGIBDD of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, told the Internet portal.
