Bicyclist miraculously escaped from a fuel truck exploded into pieces

The reasons for the rapid appearance of a tank truck with failed brakes, which fell into the lens of a security camera, remain unknown, but judging by the footage of the recording, the culprit of the accident was lucky and survived, having hit a parked car.
The bike rider, moving in the opposite direction, managed to turn aside and escape from the fuel truck carrying him.
