In Balashikha near Moscow, an Infiniti driver avoided a collision with a turning GAZelle and crashed into a fence. There was no touching of the cars, so the culprit quietly left.

"The Infiniti driver exceeded the speed limit and did not take into account the traffic situation, which subsequently led him to a collision with a fence," the Main Directorate of Regional Security of the Moscow Region said.
