The yellow raincoats are a married couple from Portugal who loves to visit abandoned places. Ivy and Anton took pictures buildings abandoned by people before they met and it is this passion brought them together.

Interest in this concept led them to discover forgotten villages in forests and completely abandoned historical sites in busy urban centres.

When we entered this old factory, we never thought we'd find it treasure: dozens of abandoned classic cars!





What was produced inside this old two-story the industrial building remains a mystery, but inside the couple discovered a dark mine-like tunnel.



When we got to the other side, we didn't expect to find so many abandoned old machines from different eras, left to slowly die.





As the name of the creative duet implies, on all their expeditions they wear yellow coats. The idea came to them after they tried take a picture in a yellow cloak that belonged to the father of Aton, who also used it for walking.





Photographers were fascinated by the contrast he created in abandoned places, usually sad, gloomy and lifeless.







Ironically, they found another such cloak in a very bad condition. They restored it and began to use it for joint a photo. The authors associate yellow with overcoming difficulties, feeling happiness from the fact that they can enter risky places without knowing in advance what they are going to find.
