In Irkutsk, a 10-year-old boy and a friend fell through the ice, but managed to get out and save a friend
Two 10-year-olds came to a sports amusement park on the Angara River. Walking on the ice, the boys fell into a hole. One of them was able to get out of the water and call for help. There was no way the adults could get to the second child because of the thin ice. They only handed a branch to the boy who got out, and he pulled out his friend with its help.
The kids are fine now. They warmed up and waited for the arrival of their parents and the police. The police filed administrative protocols against the parents for improper performance of their upbringing duties.
