On New Year's Eve, a man wanted to cook moonshine - and died

The tragedy occurred in the city of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, on the morning of December 31.

In the process of making a strong drink, something went wrong, the moonshine still flew into the air. The explosion blew off the man's arm. A powerful wave knocked out the window frame in the apartment - this episode was caught on video.

According to media reports, the man died from blood loss in an ambulance. There were no other casualties as a result of this tragedy.
