The stand-up artist chose a rather unusual topic for his speech. He wondered why Indians don't commit insane crimes? It is hard to imagine that some famous Indian gang of criminals would rob a bank. This sounds really ridiculous and implausible. The comedian tried to explain why this is so. A very reasonable argument, by the way.
