Workers in Yakutia rescued a calf that fell into a logging pit. Initially, he fell into a trap with his mother. However, the adult animal managed to get out of the hole on its own, but the offspring, when trying to get out, also managed to get stuck under one log.

However, the calf was too big to be pulled by the ears, as one worker was jokingly advised by his comrades. I had to use special equipment. The video shows how, first, a log is removed from the animal’s leg, and then the elk is pulled out with the same loader. After which the animal runs away into the forest to reunite with its mother.
