In India, a starving leopard attacks people
In the Indian state of Assam, a wild leopard has escaped from a nature reserve and will attack people. The wild cat made a pogrom, crippled people and keeps the whole city in fear.
In the Indian city of Jorhat, a wild leopard has escaped from a nature reserve near the city. The predator staged a pogrom in several houses and attacked at least 15 people.
Many of the wounded were bitten and required hospitalization. Now they are out of danger. But more and more injured people are admitted to the Jorhat Medical College Hospital, the Times of India reported.
Residents are advised not to leave their homes.
The wild cat rushed at people and cars. A video posted by Prudent Media Goa captured the moment a leopard jumped over the fence of one of the houses and attacked a minibus moving along the road.
