1948 Chevy truck from Ringbrothers: revolutionary hot rodding (35 photos + 1 video)
With Pagani-level build quality and superb performing the best hot rods, Enyo by Ringbrothers is one of the the coolest custom cars the world has ever seen.

Ringbrothers returned to the SEMA show specialized equipment, held annually in Las Vegas - English Specialty Equipment Market Association) with the author's version of the pickup 1948 Chevrolet that the Wisconsin company calls its own the most extreme creation. A very significant statement given that they had previously shown the world the amazing AMC Javelin AMX 1972 with 1100-horsepower engine (deeply modernized muscle car of the brand American Motors Corporation, produced from 1967 to 1974), as well as Dodge Charger 1969, which took more than 4700 hours to build (nearly 196 days of continuous work). 
Pickup truck 48th year, named Enyo (I assume that in honor of the Greek goddess of furious war), is a mix a vintage farm truck and a modern hot rod. From some from angles, it resembles a Plymouth Prowler (an open-wheel roadster later produced under the Chrysler brand). According to the guys from the workshop Ringbrothers, fresh work took them over 10,000 hours, mostly because of the unique details that have been implemented to showcase the company's talents - many of them were developed with zero specifically for this project. 
The long list includes new suspension, carbon fibers and fully functional aerodynamic components like fenders, splitters and rear diffuser. Enyo also boasts bespoke interiors with original solutions similar to sculptures. 
The Enyo chassis was developed by Ahlman Engineering and Roadster Shop - this can be found in a real racing car with open wheels. Ringbrothers somehow managed to attach the steel cab of a 1948 Chevy pickup truck to it. For To do this, they had to make it narrower and shorter by about 10 centimeters. Parts that could not be saved were replaced with carbon counterparts - this also applies to a single piece of the bottom, extending from the front axle to stern. 
The car is driven by a V-shaped 8-cylinder monsters with a volume of 8.4 liters produced by Goodwin Competition with the declared output of 1000 horsepower. The engine is equipped with 8-stage injection Kinsler, Holley fuel management system and robust automatic transmission Bowler Performance Corvette (number steps not specified). 
The fully independent suspension is responsible for transferring power to the road. shock absorbers Ohlins, based on original HRE wheels with 6-piston Brembo brakes, which in turn are shod in a set Goodyear slicks. The pneumatic jack system helps to easily change them to civilian tires suitable for road use public use when it's time to leave the track.
