President of South Sudan pisses at gala event

South Sudanese President Salva Kiir pissed while playing the national anthem. The incident occurred during the performance of a brass band as part of the opening of a new highway.
The published footage shows how the left leg of the politician got wet. The 71-year-old African head of state did not immediately understand what had happened. The rest of those present pretended not to see anything.
Senator and human rights activist Shehu Sani called the incident an act of "extreme patriotism." The senator suggested that the President refused to go to the bathroom because of the solemn moment. He also did not rule out that the head of South Sudan is suffering from a bladder disease.
Salva Kiir became president in 2011.
