You can't focus on anything all the time. From time to time you need to be distracted so that the brain does not burst that overvoltage. If you constantly study and work without interruptions, then there will be no benefit from this. But absent-minded people... quite the opposite problem. It is simply impossible to focus on one task. Walking from the room to the kitchen can turn into a whole journey with a huge number of side quests.
