Explosion in Istanbul what is known by now

Yesterday, November 13, an explosion occurred on the pedestrian tourist street of Istiklal in Istanbul, the victims of which, according to the latest data, were six people. Several dozen pedestrians were injured. The Turkish authorities regard the incident as a terrorist attack, the perpetrator of which could be a woman.
The explosion on the pedestrian street occurred around 16:20. This is a walking area, the very center of the city, so it is always crowded and international. Of course, the sounds of the explosion threw people into a panic.
In such a crowd, it is not difficult for both the terrorists and the coordinators of the explosion to get lost.
