A hurried driver hit a guy on a unicycle and fled the scene of an accident

In the Kirovsky district of St. Petersburg, a motorist wanted to get ahead of a guy on a unicycle, but when rebuilding he hit him. The driver tried to leave the scene of the accident, but was detained by the National Guard.

Employees of the National Guard became eyewitnesses of this accident. They quickly caught up and stopped the motorist. The traffic police and an ambulance were called.
