Cult sci-fi (really retro) comedy "Back to the Future" was released on screens back in 1985 and firmly preserved her era in a love letter from Robert Zemeckis. At the same time she made an incredibly famous young star - Michael J. Fox.





Since childhood, the artistic American planned to tie his life is not at all with cinema, but with hockey, but quickly abandoned this idea - hindered by short stature. Only then did he decide to pay attention to Hollywood. His teacher immediately saw in the future actor an outstanding talent.



Already in Hollywood, he managed to get around an incredible number of competitors. First he played in "Letters of Frank", then in "Family bonds", a television hit of its time, which brought him statuettes Emmy and Golden Globes.





It was "Family Ties" that opened Jay Fox for Zemeckis, who in I was working on Back to the Future at the time. Fox almost refused, it was hard for him to act simultaneously in the series and big-budget, but still science fiction - a risky project for careers. But the producers went to meet him halfway and created all the conditions for the young movie star needed nothing.

The premiere took place in 1985. After that, he managed to act in tough Vietnam War drama "War Losses", drama "Daylight" and sequels to the adventures of Marty McFly.
