African soldiers learn to shoot from an anti-aircraft gun

Perhaps things are not going very well with arms supplies to African countries. Therefore, military personnel have to improvise. I just wonder, will they use the same anti-aircraft gun in real combat conditions, or will they have to learn how to shoot from a real one again?
