Three leopard cubs were discovered by local sugarcane farmers during the harvest.
On November 19, employees of an environmental organization carried out another operation to rescue leopard cubs found while harvesting sugar cane in a field near the village of Nagargaon (Maharashtra state, India).
Rescuers were forced to take three 25-day-old kittens and place them in a veterinary hospital for several hours.
With the onset of darkness, employees of the environmental organization placed the cubs in a plastic container.
According to the participants in the rescue operation, the female leopard was apparently looking for her offspring and, when the people moved away, she took her cubs one by one.
