Sailors from Thailand wonder what they caught on video

Thai sailors happened to capture on video an extremely strange creature that doesn’t look much like anything else - at least that’s the impression it gives. Are there any marine life experts among us? Someone writes that it is a sea turtle, but photographs on the Internet show that this is not the case, or that something happened to it. Either way, this thing looks weird.
