This week, Mark Von Thaden from California (USA), after much persuasion from his wife, decided to take on the repair of the external lining of his own indoor pool. But to his great surprise, Mark discovered that someone had already carried out the renovation work before him!

It turned out that the cunning woodpecker decided to take care of his personal supplies of acorns for the winter and made many holes in the walls. But he didn’t just make holes in the walls - when the man looked inside, he was simply stunned!

There were so many acorns there that they could feed Von Thaden’s entire family for a whole year!
