56-year-old landlord Graham Holland from the British town of Maidstone in Kent was truly horrified when he saw his apartment, which he had not been in for 12 years. The apartment was rented by a 68-year-old man who regularly paid the rent and did not raise any doubts among the owner. When the property owner decided to raise the rent, the tenant announced he was moving out. He vacated the apartment, but left it in a terrible state, making it look more like a dump. A huge number of empty beer cans, bottles, food packaging and moldy food themselves filled the entire living area. It took Mr Holland and his wife four days to empty the flat of rubbish, and they spent £10,000 renovating the bedroom alone.
