One day a woman discovered a small orphaned kitten after a storm. She took him to a shelter, where a girl named Erica, an employee of an animal rescue fund, found out about him. The kitten turned out to be not domestic, but wild.
It was a bobcat kitten that needed breast milk!
Erica learned that if you bottle feed your baby, he won't survive in the wild, so the only option was to find him a nursing cat! Erica decided to give the kitten, who was named Ricky Bobby, to a house cat - she was nursing her own kittens at the time and might be able to adopt another one.
To everyone's surprise, Erica's plan worked! After 15 minutes, the mother cat was already feeding the predatory lynx kitten as if it were her own! Soon the strongest bond and affectionate relationship was born between mother and adopted son.
Two months later, Bob had grown up and was able to begin a new stage of his life - preparing to return to the wild. At the rehabilitation center he will be taught all the necessary skills for survival, including hunting.
