Dancer Ditto amazed the audience with her movements
At the 2015 World of Dance competition, dancer Ditto wowed the audience with her moves. The style in which she performed is called “tatting”. It is widely known now, despite the fact that its roots go back to the 1980s and is popular mainly among fans of funk and electronic music. The name of the style comes from the name of Pharaoh Tutankhamun, and the style itself is based on Egyptian art and writing.
Unlike other complex types of dances, such as breakdancing or ballet, tatting requires more self-discipline and body control from the performer than endurance and physical strength. Ditto does a great job.
