The video shows attempts to lift a completely gold bar so that it could be taken away.
The video shows a 12.5 kg bar (only gold-plated, otherwise it would have been taken away without these formalities) which is offered to anyone willing to lift it with two fingers at a former gold mine in Johannesburg. If you do it, you can take it with you.
The fingers slip because there is not enough friction between the fingers and the gold surface.
