The details of the story are not known for certain. The people who posted the photo claim that a certain fair-haired girl came into the store (or service) and complained that she had run out of washer fluid. They sold her a 5-liter canister of liquid, after which the motorist left.
She returned 10 minutes later and this time she said that after adding washer fluid, blue smoke was coming out of the exhaust pipe. What exactly the engine inspection revealed - see the photo below. It is noted that the girl managed to pour all 5 liters of windshield wiper into the oil neck.
