The photo was accompanied by the caption: “If you have never seen a husky without fur, then please.”
Why does a dog need such a haircut? Users accuse owners of cruelty to animals:
"A dog's coat has a special function, and shaving will permanently disrupt it."
“It is absolutely forbidden to shave dogs with undercoat without medical indications,”
"It's not funny. And it can be fatal to a husky."
Among the many negative comments on the photo, there were suggestions that the dog was being prepared for surgery.
