After childbirth, every woman's body changes. And it doesn’t matter who you were before - a housewife, an athlete or a beauty blogger.

Some stars after giving birth look like they never gave birth. But this is rather an exception to the rule.

No one is immune to body changes, and there is no guarantee that proper nutrition or yoga will help you avoid these consequences.

It is almost impossible to prevent them, and cosmetics have a rather calming effect.

When you see your body, it is important not to become depressed, but to accept it. There's nothing wrong with that: by working on yourself, you can get back into shape.

Famous beauty blogger Ruth Lee also had a hard time accepting her new self. She had a caesarean section, so the stretch marks and scars immediately shocked her

A couple of months later, Ruth posted photos of her body on the Internet to support all mothers.

She notes that you should not pay attention to the media, which impose their opinions on beauty standards.

Ruth advises during periods of despondency to remember the moment of the birth of your baby.

Ruth Lee says that if women can survive 9 months of pregnancy, then getting their bodies back to looking great won't be a problem.
