“I haven’t seen such a viper for a long time!” Russian photographer visited Sevastopol
Russian photographer and blogger Alexander Belenky was horrified by the sight of the entrance to a five-story building in Sevastopol, where graffiti depicting Putin appeared two years ago. Belenky writes about this in a blog on the website of the radio station “Echo of Moscow,” accompanying his impressions with eloquent photographs.
“This five-story building is now the most famous house in Crimea. Two years ago, graffiti appeared on his wall depicting Vladimir Putin in the uniform of a sailor and the Kremlin wall in the middle of a “Ukrainian” landscape,” the blogger recalls.
“Having walked around the house in a circle, I returned to the engraving of the Russian president. Directly below it was another store, and another “tavern.” Two alcoholics stood staggering nearby, refreshing the air with fumes. My shadow with the camera scared them away, the men quickly retreated,” writes Belenky.
“The yard is ruined and unkempt. There was a huge puddle where there could have been a park or playground. The space is used for parking cars; they are placed closer to the entrances. There’s not even asphalt in the yard!” states the blogger.
“Shall we look into the entrance? I haven't seen such a viper for a long time! What are the residents thinking about, I wonder?” concludes Belenky.
More than once there have been attacks on the work of artists
