Nikolai Valuev, in his youth, was small and weak (pictured on the right).

But, having suffered from hazing in the army, I realized that life loves strong and big guys.

I started playing sports, eating right, working out, quit drinking and smoking and became, first, a famous boxer, and then a State Duma deputy.
