In China, an audience member attacked an actor portraying a Japanese soldier. The man managed to land several blows before being stopped.
An unexpected incident occurred during a live performance in Bengbu, Anhui Province: a spectator became so caught up in a historical scene that he rushed from his seat and attacked the actor playing a Japanese soldier.
The man began punching and kicking the actor before others could intervene. Venue management stated that the actor was taken to the hospital for a medical check-up, adding that this was the first time they had encountered such an intense reaction from the audience.
