After a truck carrying tons of sugar crashed, the road quickly descended into chaos. Local residents and passing drivers began sorting through the spilled cargo within minutes, right under the eyes of the police.

Despite the presence of law enforcement, the crowd was unable to immediately stop—people grabbed the bags of sugar and carried them away, ignoring the danger and the outrage of bystanders. As a result, a significant portion of the cargo disappeared before the area was secured.
