For Apple's anniversary, a retro tech collector from the channel techyythings created a captivating video featuring 44 of the company's computers turning on one after another, from a replica of the original Apple I from 1976 to modern models. Each one has its own startup sound.
The familiar "duuum" Macintosh sound that many have heard is just one of dozens of variations. The sounds changed, became softer, sometimes disappeared completely, then returned.
