To avoid an accident, the motorcyclist had to swerve and even drive into oncoming traffic, where cars in turn had to swerve to avoid hitting the motorcyclist. But the accident was unavoidable. The collision occurred between the U.S. Border Patrol vehicle and a civilian car.
