Thailand is submerged: the city of Hat Yai is so flooded that people are forced to climb over power lines. Authorities are urgently evacuating residents and tourists; the water level is 3 meters, with the first floors completely underwater. Flooding has affected 10 provinces: Surat Thani, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung, Satun, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat.
