The 82nd Venice Film Festival opened on August 27. Hollywood stars sailed through the canals and arrived in their finest at the premieres of the most anticipated films of the year. Among the films presented were Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein, Kathryn Bigelow's House of Dynamite, Yorgos Lanthimos' Bugonia, and Noah Baumbach's Jay Kelly.
