The occupiers torture a comrade with electricity

A video has been published online showing occupiers torturing their henchman with electricity, allegedly for stealing money.

As reported by Censor.NET, the recording shows that the "brothers" have connected two wires to the Russian's feet and are turning the handle of a "tapik" - an army telephone with a low electric current and low voltage.
