According to him, the products are mass-produced in China and then shipped to Italy, where they undergo minimal finishing, such as fittings or lining. After that, the product is labeled “Made in Italy”.

This became possible thanks to EU legislation, which allows the country to be indicated as the place of production if the final stage of processing was carried out there.

As a result, such a bag receives the status of a premium product and is sold at tens of times the cost price.
