On Friday, May 16, drones of the Security Service of Ukraine hit the ammunition depots of the 126th separate guards brigade of the Russian coastal defense, which is located near Perevalnoye in occupied Crimea. This was reported by Censor.NET, citing its own sources in the SBU.
Boxes for storing military equipment, weapons, and fuel and lubricants were located there.
There is information about the death of Russian soldiers who were in the military depot.
The video shows a powerful detonation and fires on the territory of the enemy warehouses. Local residents also reported smoke over the territory of the military unit itself.
Amid the explosions on the peninsula, the Russians blocked traffic on the Simferopol-Alushta highway, which runs past Perevalnoye.
"The SBU continues to work effectively on legitimate military targets in the territory of Crimea captured by the Russians. Work on weakening the enemy's military capabilities will continue in the future," an informed source in the Defense Forces told the publication.
